The Movement

The value belongs
to the businesses who create it.

CredX is not a payments company. It is a correction — a system built so the margin, the credit, and the customer stay with the people who earned them.

Why CredX Exists

It started with
a 3% receipt.

Our founder spent years watching community businesses hand 3% of every sale to card networks that never met a single one of their customers. The loyalty funded a stranger's margin. The credit pushed customers toward competing facilities. The data went into someone else's vault. And the merchant got a receipt.

The breakthrough wasn't a cheaper card. It was removing the card from the parts of the transaction where it adds nothing — the credit, the loyalty, and the relationship — while keeping the checkout exactly as simple as customers expect.

CredX is that system: direct, sovereign exchange between a business and its customers, with community lenders funding the credit at the point of sale. The value belongs to the people and businesses who create it. We just built the rail that finally gives it back.

Every business we sign is a business that stops feeding a network and starts feeding its own community. That is the whole movement.

— Kendall, Founder, CredX

What We Believe

Four principles.
One direction.

Sovereignty

The customer is yours. The data is yours. The relationship is carried in your brand, never a network's or a competing credit facility's.

Reciprocity

Value flows back to where it is created. Merchants recover interchange, customers earn value-back in dollars, lenders earn where spending happens.

Provenance

Data is de-identified, consent-driven, and held to Canadian privacy law. Nothing is imported or shared without an explicit opt-in.

Community

Credit is funded by community lenders — the institutions that already know the members — not by networks that monetize strangers.

The Regulatory Stance

Compliance is not
a checkbox here.

Held in Canada

Data is stored and processed to Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA-aligned by design, not by policy patch.

De-identified & consent-driven

Transaction intelligence is opt-in and de-identified. Nothing is imported or shared until you say so, in writing.

Lender of record

Embedded credit is issued by regulated community lender partners. Merchants are never in the lending business.
